Multi Vitamin Vials

Twelve vitamins in one convenient to use lyophilized vial. To be reconstituted with 5ml normal saline solution 

Each Vial Contains:

1. Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C) 100mg
2. *Retinol Palmitate (vitamin A) 1.815mg 3 30iu
3. *Ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) 5mcg 200iu
4. Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 3.81mg
5. Sodium Riboflavin phosphate (Vitamin B2) 3.60mg
6. Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 4.36mg
7. Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 40mg
8. Dex Panthenol (Vitamin B5) 15mg 
9. *Tocopherol Polysorbate (Vitamin E) 10mg
10. Biotin (Vitamin B7) 60mcg
11. Folic Acid (Vitamain B9) 400mcg
12. Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 5mcg
    

Additives: Polysorbate 20, polysorbate 80, D-mannitol,  sodium hydroxide

NOTE:

*Vitamin A, D and E are fat soluble vitamins and require close monitoring to ensure that too much isn't accumulating in the body which can cause significant negative effects.

Directions for Reconstituting and Use:

Reconstitute by adding 5ml sterile water for injection or 0.9% Sodium Chloride and shake gently to mix. Once completely dissolved, add to either a 500ml or 1000ml IV drip solution and administer within 5 minutes. Discard any product not used.
