Biotin, or B7, is a water soluble vitamin and part of the B vitamin group. It helps with metabolising fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Is renown for promoting healthy hair, skin and nails. Biotin can help regulate blood sugar levels, especially in diabetics. Like most of the B vitamins, it promotes a healthy nervous system and helps with neuropathic pain.

Each ampoule contains 5mg of B7 Biotin.
